SINfluencerz processes personal data under GDPR principles: lawfulness, minimization, and user rights.
We do not sell personal data. Analytics are aggregate where possible.
2. Data we collect
Account (optional): email, username, country, date of birth for age verification, optional demographic data with consent.
Activity: quiz answers, confession choices, votes, and share interactions — to provide results, community comparisons, and your Record.
Guest use: we may store answers in your browser and associate anonymous session identifiers with votes.
3. Data residency
Primary database hosting uses Supabase regions with standard contractual safeguards for cross-border transfers.
4. Your rights
Access and export your data via Account → Your data where an account exists.
Request deletion: we anonymize your profile and remove identifiable content within 30 days.
Withdraw demographic consent at any time in privacy settings.
5. Processors
Infrastructure: Supabase, Vercel. Payments: Stripe. Email: SendGrid/Resend. Errors: Sentry (PII stripped).
